Ingo Money’s Integration Specialist is a critical member of the Payments Integration team and is responsible for the integration process for Ingo clients. The Specialist will be expected to continuously improve the overall integration process; thereby decreasing time to market for Ingo clients. The Specialist will be responsible for managing relationships with the clients and will lead customer integrations, collaborating with internal staff to ensure a smooth integration for each client. The Specialist will also be cross-trained on all internal daily settlement and reconciliation processes to support clients and the platform, as well as the network registration process.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage client integration projects, create and manage project plans, deliverables and milestones
  • Manage procedures and customer facing documentation for integration projects
  • Ensure materials are up to date, as processes can change frequently
  • Collaborate with Product Development teammates to build customer facing documentation such as manuals, presentations, etc.

Business Systems Analyst - Remote

Description

Ingo Money’s Business Systems Analyst role is responsible for serving as the primary contact between multiple business partners and technology teams to deliver complex, high profile technical solutions that align with business initiatives. The BSA plays key roles across many disciplines within the software development lifecycle, including documentation, analysis, design, and testing. The BSA will continuously assess and improve tools and processes. The BSA is responsible for aligning project delivery with technology and business strategies.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain multiple well-organized, well-structured Agile backlogs based on priorites developed in conjunction with Product leaders, including accdeptance criteria, how-to-test and other key elements of high quality backlogs
  • Own and manage the User Stories both in the backlog and in progress, all the way from inception to production delivery
  • Lead Sprint Planning and Grooming with 2+ teams of 4-8 developers
  • Work with business product owners to elicit and document requirements within an applicable process (usually Agile/Scrum but with some waterfall pieces)
  • Technology background that allows translation of business requirements into functional design requirements
  • Work closely with product owners, developers and testers to ensure delivered software completely satisfies all test/acceptance criteria
  • Create and manage artifacts such as Business Requirements Documents, User Journey Mapping, Use Cases, Use Case Models, System Requirement Specifications, or User Stories using applicable tools (e.g. Office documents, Story records in Jira / Azure DevOps, etc)

Qualifications/Required Skills & Experience

  • Extensive experience working in an Agile environment, tempered with the ability to function with elements of waterfall

Senior .NET Application Support Engineer - Remote

Description

The Sr. Application Support Developer position will be responsible for supporting multiple hosted web applications. As a member of the technology team this person will need to have a full understanding of legacy and current systems, new projects, development architecture and practices, QA and testing processes, and deployment schedules.

This position will monitor and troubleshoot urgent web application issues at the code and database level. This role will identify, design and code application changes to create more stable applications and improve performance, fault tolerance, monitoring and alerting. They will also work with infrastructure engineers to ensure that Ingo’s infrastructure can meet application team needs, and vice versa.

As Ingo’s inaugural dedicated App Support role, this person will build a knowledge base and run sheets to allow both themselves and other team members to monitor and resolve common application issues.   • Monitoring and troubleshooting production web application issues, including at the code and database level
